Erik Danielson founded the Danielson Law Firm, PLLC in 2005 — originally located in Booneville, AR. Currently serving as the firm’s Managing Member, he has led Danielson Law Firm, PLLC to become a thriving Fayetteville, AR law firm.
An Arkansas native, Mr. Danielson received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas in 2001 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2004.
Licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas, Mr. Danielson represents clients in all areas of law. He currently focuses on marijuana (cannabis) law, complex civil litigation, class actions, real estate law, energy and oil and gas matters.
