Betsy Danielson is an expert in all aspects of the law. In addition to practicing law, she currently serves as the District Court Judge for the Southern District of Logan County, Arkansas. Prior to her present judicial position, she served as the 15th District Circuit Judge filling the position vacated by her husband Paul Danielson when he was elected to the Arkansas Supreme Court. Throughout her extensive legal career, she served on the Arkansas Court of Appeals, and was one of the first juvenile judges appointed by Governor Bill Clinton for the 15th Judicial District.

Before beginning her judicial career, she worked as the Oil and Gas Landman for J.A. Patterson and Associates, owned and managed the Williams-DanielsonAbstract and Title Company, and was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the 16th Judicial District in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Mrs. Danielson has been an exemplary member of her legal community. She co-chaired on the Committee for a Modern Judiciary, was a member of the Jurisprudence and Law Reform Committee, House of Delegates, Board of Governors, and was Chairman of the Bar Liasion Committee with Judiciary.

Mrs. Danielson received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Arkansas School of Law in 1975. She graduated from The Colorado Women's College in 1965 with a Bachelor of Arts.

Mrs. Danielson is a leader in her community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club in Logan County, the Booneville Chamber of Commerce, and on the Committee for the Arkansas Marathon. She is a master gardener and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
